Easy Yoga for Health: Lie down on your back.  Interlock your hands behind your neck or, for better back support, place your hands under the buttocks.  Bend your knees, bringing your legs up and begin a bicycling motion keeping your legs in the air.  Move your feet in big circles.  Continue for 1-3 minutes.  Then lying on your back, take a few deep breaths and relax.  This exercise massages the internal organs and this aids digestion, which, in turn, can help keep you healthy.
