Care and Use Instructions:
Heat Therapy: Place in a clean microwave and heat in one-minute intervals until optimal heat is achieved. Never leave unattended in microwave and do not overheat. Always test temperature before using. Lumbar wrap should feel warm, not hot to the touch.
Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in a freezer for several hours before using. May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use.

Cleaning Instructions: Remove grain packs and machine wash cover in cold water, on delicate cycle. Tumble dry and remove promply. Do not allow grain packs to get wet.
