Using a thin coating of Oil of Oregano on the infected area at first signs of a cold sore will stop the sore from ever developing in to a full blown fever blister.
To help kill the herpes virus living inside of your body take one drop of Oil of Oregano internally for one week, after the second week take two drops internally. You can work your way up to 3 drops a day to help insure a healthy strong immune system.
Oil of Oregano also works well in relieving sinus headache and stuffiness as it works as a anti-inflamatory and soothes the swollen sinuses and helps you to breath though your nose.
Useage for sinus headache: Drop 5 drops of Oil of Oregano into a handkerchief and breath/inhale deeply through nose, 10 breaths, wait a few minutes then breath/inhle another 10 breaths. Do this 5-10 times and as needed.
Caution: Do not let the oil touch your nose or tender skin as it may burn or irritate.
This also works for the allergic stuffy or drippy nose.
