Easy Yoga for Strength of Spirit: In ancient times people practiced this exercise to raise their spirits. Stand with your feet as wide apart as possible without losing your balance. Keep your arms against your sides and bend the elbows to form a 90-degree angle, forearms parallel to the ground, hands and wrists relaxed. Keeping your feet in place, rotate your hips in a large circle for 1-3 minutes in one direction; then reverse the direction and continue for another 1-3 minutes. Relax. Directions:

For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Lemon Ginger tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. As a digestive aid, drink with your meal. Repeat 15-20 minutes after the meal, if needed. For upset stomach, sip a cup when necessary.
