Directions:

For best tea infusion, per 8 oz boiling water over one organic Green Tea Decaf Kombucha tea bag and steep for 2 to 4 minutes. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day for overall antioxidant and health benefits.

Grab the edge of a ledge (that can hold the weight of your leaning body) and use it for support while walking the feet backward until you are holding your body at a 45-degree angle.
