Gokharu (Tribulus terrestris) helps to reduce the edema of soft tissues present in the formation of joints. It is also known to help the growth of healthy bone tissues & used in several such Ayurvedic preparations. Tinospora cordifolia is known to be an adaptgen and helps in balancing the total functions of the joints. It also makes this preparation beneficial in other forms of arthritis including rheumatoid arthritis. Regular intake of ginger (Zingiber officinale) has proven to be anti-inflammatory & analgesic, due to its warming action.
