Has my order shipped?
Orders usually ship in 2-7 business days. We stock thousands of top sellers in our warehouse. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, sometimes a product may be out-of-stock. If replenishment of an out-of-stock item takes longer than 7 business days, we will process those items that are available and ship you the partial order. You will not be charged for the out-of-stock items. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email and on the packing slip included in your order.
We do not ship out back orders for out-of-stock items. Items usually come back in stock in 1-2 weeks. You may place another order and receive free standard shipping when you reorder an item that was out-of-stock. Just call or email us to receive a free shipping coupon.
