Grape Seed extract is derived from the small seeds of red grapes of the same sort used to make wine, Grape Seed Oil comes from the same place. Grape Seed Dosage Information
The recommended dose of Grape Seed extract / Grape Seed oil is a preparation standardized to contain 92% to 95% PCOs. As a general antioxidant and in cancer-prevention, take 100 mg each morning. The recommended dose for smokers is 100 mg three times a day. For most other ailments take 100 mg three times a day. Always read product label directions for usage.
