Easy Yoga to Fight Fatigue: Sit on your heels and raise your arms overhead to a 60-degree angle.  Bring your hands into a half fist, palms facing forward, and extend the thumbs upward.  Open the mouth, stick the tongue out and, while breathing silently through the open mouth, pump the navel in and out.  This posture is called Singh Praan Mudra.  Continue for 1-3 minutes.  To finish: inhale, hold the position and breath for 10 seconds while continuing to pump the navel.  Then take a few deep breaths and relax.  Before doing this exercise or participating in any exercise program, consult your physician.
