Patak's Cilantro & Ginger Marinade & Grill Sauce, Bazaar of India, 10 oz

Recipe for Macchi Tikka (Serves 2-3):
You will need...
1/2 pound chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp plain yogurt
4 tbsp Patak's Cilantro and Ginger Marinade and Grill Sauce

1. In medium plastic food storage bag, combine yogurt and grill sauce. Add chicken, seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on a baking sheet; discard any leftover marinade.
3. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-40 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with rice.
