Boswellia is known as a natural bursitis and arthritis treatment. Boswellia is the gummy resin of the boswellia tree. Native to India, this tree is also widespread in the Middle East and North Africa. It is also prescribed for such conditions as respiratory diseases and diarrhea. Boswellia resin is made up of essential oils, gum, and chemical compounds called terpenoids researchers will be paying particular attention to these terpenoids, which are generally believed to be the medicinally active parts of this resin.

Usage: 1 tsp. 2 to 3 times a day depending on condition.
