Synergistic proprietary blend of Myrrh-Gum tree resin and Goldenseal root plus the invigorating effects of Cayenne pepper.
Usage: Myrrh-Goldenseal Plus Formula combines herbs traditionally used for ulcerations of the mucous membrane and general health maintenance.*
Recommended Daily Dosage: 515 mg per capsule. Take two capsules one to two times daily with water at mealtimes or prepared as a tea. For best results, use for two weeks continuously, then take a one or two week break.

Usage Warnings: Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. At least one of the active ingredients in Golden Seal may stimulate uterine muscle contraction. Golden Seal may have a drying effect on milk supply, so it cannot be recommended during lactation.
