Nature's Way Cascara Sagrada Bark is aged two years before use to prevent griping. It is the best selling of all single herb laxatives.

Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and over. Take 1 or 2 capsules once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children 2 to under 12 years of age. Take 1 capsule once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a doctor.
